Holiday in Hurleyville

Come to Hurleyville Saturday, Dec. 2, for a festive day of arts and activities. Holiday in Hurleyville brings together the hamlet’s Main Street businesses for an all-day event that culminates with our community tree lighting. Shopping and food available all day in the Hurleyville Market, Fiber on Main, Pinwheels, Frankie & Johnny’s and Pickled Owl.
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fiber on Main hosts a Pop-Up Shop with Buck Brook Alpacas – live alpacas in the Firemen’s Park!
Hurleyville Maker’s Lab will host crafts, Christmas trains and a festive photo booth.
Sullivan County Historical Society & Museum welcomes the community to its annual holiday open house and a theme tree exhibit.
11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Don’t miss the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance’s Radius Hurleyville Pop-Up Show, featuring art made by our local talent.
Hurleyville Maker’s Lab members will be selling their wares during a Maker Market.
1 p.m.
County Historian John Conway will lead a history walk on the beautifully paved Rail Trail.
LeeAnna Maniace will give a free demonstration and instructions on the use of essential oils at Hurleyville Arts Centre
2 p.m.
Hurleyville Arts Centre will offer a free yoga sampler class to show off the possibilities available in The Yoga Space.
3: 30 p.m.
Dance performance by the talented students at Main Street Dance Studio
4:30 p.m.
Community tree lighting- Drink hot cider with us while we light up the community Christmas tree.
5:30 p.m.
Encore performance by Main Street Dance Studio.
After dinner at Frankie & Johnny’s or Pickled Owl, unwind with a 7:30 p.m. showing of “It’s a Wonderful Life” ($5, old-fashioned popcorn included)
