The New York-New Jersey Trail Conference works extensively throughout the two states to collect trail data, create detailed maps and books to use as trail guides throughout the area, and maintain trails so they are safe and enjoyable for hiking.
“The New York-New Jersey Trail Conference partners with parks and recruits volunteers to create, protect, and promote more than 1,800 miles of public trails.”
