WoodsTalk: Live presents Poetry & Power with ROGER BONAIR-AGARD. Roger’s lyrical and joyful Caribbean cadences illuminate hearts and minds. He is a local favorite, a 2015 National Book Award finalist and in demand at universities, conferences, and poetic gatherings all over the world.

Where words and the world collide. Poetry & Power brings to the life the strength, focus, and talent of three nationally-touring poets known for their stage presence, publishing record, social justice content, and reputation among young writers. Writers will share work inspired by the current special exhibit at The Museum at Bethel Woods Rights, Race & Revolution: A Portrait of Life in the 1960s by Grey Villet and will offer prompts for the audience to respond themselves to the poignant and historical photographs.
