Summer Salads Workshop

Laura Silverman, Founding Naturalist at The Outside Institute, hosts a hands-on workshop on using our gorgeous local produce to create delicious fresh salads. Shaved vegetable salads, slaws, composed salads and some that incorporate grains and/or legumes will be covered. We will learn about texture, balance, composition and, of course, all-important dressings. Participants will take home a jar of salad dressing of their own creation. A light snack & refreshments are included. Limited to 10 people.
