Restorative with Tibetan Bowls

Joining Nikki for this special practice is Mary Adams, an expert in rest and relaxation modalities. Mary will play the tibetan bowls while Nikki guides participants into rejuvenating and supported poses that balance the nervous system, relax the body and quiet the mind.
