September 23, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

  • « Forest Fire Field Tour
  • Trail Maintenance Workshop »

We are excited to announce our upcoming open house on September,23 2017. Come see our newly constructed 1440 square-foot model home. Perfect for the first-time home buyer or those desiring a home on one floor. The large rustic timber front porch and country interior make this house right at home in the mountains. This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one bathroom having a walk-in tile shower! The open floor plan design of this house is not your standard modular construction and features many upgrades.
The split bedroom design of this house makes the living room and kitchen the focal point, perfect for entertaining guests! Once you walk through the front door, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful wide plank wood style laminate floors spread throughout the open living room, dining room and kitchen. Adding to the beauty of the floors are the solid oak kitchen cabinets that will catch your eye. The cabinets feature a staggered height to add character, and oak glazing to accent the wood grain, which matches perfectly to the flooring. The kitchen features a center island with an amazing white marble style Cambria countertop. Below the countertops are other unique features, such as pots and pans draws and even a lazy Susan.
Just off the Dining room, you can’t help but notice beautiful painted maple cabinets. The laundry room features stackable appliances and plenty of cabinets to store you iron board, hamper and all your other laundry room supplies.
Once you make your way to the Master Suite, with 2 individual walk- in closets, you will be amazed when you see the tile work in the master bathroom. The large tile floor accents the large double bowl vanity and the painted maple cabinets perfectly. That is not the best part, the tile work continues into a large 25 square foot walk in tile shower!
On the opposite side of the house are 2 smaller carpeted bedrooms, as well as a large main bathroom. The main bathroom is easily accessible and features heavy duty vinyl flooring, a tub shower, and more maple cabinetry.
