Natural Dyes Workshop

Annie Cadden of Fisher Cat Fiber Co. leads a workshop on dyeing with locally foraged botanicals, hosted by The Outside Institute. After a stroll through the garden and surrounding landscape to discover local plants, you’ll learn about ethical harvesting, the dye process and environmental safety. This is followed by a hands-on session making dye pots with wool and other materials. You will take home a dyed silk piece of your own creation. A light snack & refreshments will be served. Limited to 9 people.
