Love TRASH & Dinner

Cafe Adella Dori together with teaching artist, Ramona Jan, has found a way to re-cycle much of it’s trash into treasures! Beginning on December 14th from 5pm-8:30pm, we will have a monthly LOVE TRASH Workshop. Join us for the first one: Brown Sugar Box Book–the up-cycling of discarded brown sugar boxes, corrugated cardboard and newspaper into a stunning blank, photo, poetry or just about anything Journal. In this workshop you will learn a simple bookbinding technique, how to quickly and easily make cardboard look like distressed wood, as well as non-messy painting and gluing tips. DINNER and all supplies are included. (If you wish to add photos to your journal during the workshop, you will need to bring ten 4 x 6 photos). Also, please bring an apron and Xacto or Utility knife.
