Liberty & Justice for All: The Power of Art, Dialogue, Diversity
September 26, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and NACL Theatre are committed to facilitating a conversation that explores diversity, community, the arts, and activism and to collaborate and co-host three conversations in order to look into the conflict, struggle, resilience and reality of prejudice in our world today.
By evaluating artistic work each partnering organization is poised to grapple with in their respective 2016 seasons, a mutual commitment to promote empowering and inspired education through socially conscious cultural engagement is evident. Special guests include actress, writer and educator Sarita Covington and author, historian, and talk show host Janus Adams. Events are free and open to the public! Everyone is welcome to join in the conversations.
