Halloween Parade

The Delaware Youth Center sponsors a children’s costume parade down Main Street for the children in our community. Line up 12:45 pm behind the Delaware Free Library and parade begins at 1 p.m. Games and treats at the youth center following the parade. For information call 845-887-5155.
