Artisanal Bread Making

Join us in the Catskills Kitchen! Chef Victoria Ingrassia will teach participants about proper measuring, mixing, fermenting, punching, pre-shaping, shaping, proofing, egg washing, baking, cooling and storing. Participants will make French Bread and take Roasted Garlic Levain dough to bake at home.
Cost is $35 per person. Registration can be completed by calling CCESC at 845-292-6180, emailing sullivan@cornell.edu, or using the link above.
*Anyone can enroll in CCESC for an annual contribution of $25 and receive a monthly subscription to the Extension Connection magazine.
